SARDONA US HOUSING Income Fund will acquire income-producing Multi-Family Properties to generate an attractive and stable Cash Flow, which will be paid out quarterly in form of a coupon on a quarterly basis. The remaining cash will then be invested to upgrade and improve the properties which increases the rent and the equity value of the properties significantly.
